Bad customer service and non chalant staff Menlyn

The customer service at Menlyn Branch is bad. After 2 years there we left because the service and equipment went downwards. No air condition too. The child area has never been reopened and our child felt lonely sitting at reception. We were theretened that security will remove our child from the child area, where he could play at least. We don't need to pay and beg to be treated well. We left immediately.
