Awaiting Refund Since April 2024 - Horrible Customer Service

Ignite Fitness, Milnerton shut down in April and we have been trying to get our refunds since then. I spoke to 2 consultants so far, Tamea Olyn and Caryn Harding, both promised a refund and insinuated that they had scheduled the payments which was untrue as I have not received anything. Customer Service to this gym is NOT important. There is zero professionalism and respect for their clients. This is a terrible gym, with a terrible customer service.
