Avoid joining Ignite Fitness Randburg

People frequently complain about the lack of backup generators at Ignite Fitness Randburg. They put up lights around the gym yesterday between 6 and 8 o'clock and, for no apparent reason, they removed everyone. I can only work out between 6 and 8. Ignite fitness breaks contract agreement but not allowing member in during operating hours.

- 7.10. In addition, we will not be liable for any injury or for death resulting directly or indirectly from the use of any equipment or other facilities in the club. (We caution you that the improper use of the equipment can result in serious injury including death and you acknowledge that you will obtain advice from one of our trained staff before using any of the equipment or other facilities in the club.)

-7.14. Without limiting any of the above, you enter the club, make use of the equipment and facilities, and exit the club entirely at your own risk. You indemnify and hold harmless Ignite Fitness its directors, employees, contractors, independent consultants or other members for loss, damage or injury (including death) suffered directly or indirectly by you and/or your guests and/or minors who accompany you to the club, and arising from or contributed to by any act or cause whatsoever, including but not limited to, negligence (save for wilful misconduct or gross negligence) and/or any omission by us and/or any breach of this agreement by Ignite Fitness.

7.3. Ignite Fitness reserves the right to close or restrict access to the facilities of the club for maintenance, repair or cleaning works or any other purpose justifying the restriction of access to the club, including but not limited to, the non- availability of staff. The determination of what justifies the closing of or restriction of access to the club will be in our sole and absolute discretion and may take place without notice. In addition, we make no warranties in respect to access to and use of any of the equipment or facilities, including warranties pertaining to the suitability of any equipment for your purpose. Without limiting the generality of the aforegoing, we specifically make no warranties in respect of the type and/or number of and/or times of any exercise classes presented at the club.

Load shedding is not a valid excuse to close down the club.
