Aircons Greenacres Branch
We have mailed the local branch, however the management at Greenacres does not seem to know head from tails. The aircons have been working intermittently for the last year, the past 3/4 months not at all. We have complained on numerous acassions but this seems to fall on deaf ears. This is a health and safety issue now as one of the members had an incident last night.... Can the aircons PLEASE be fixed as a matter of urgency! It is the height of summer and you cannot stop classes because YOU do not maintain your building. My membership fee does not reduce with you removing the classes I attend! Also telling me to go to the Walmer branch is not on! Can this please be attended to!

We are aware of the problem, and it is a top priority for us. We are in the process of repairing the aircon, and it will be fixed by the end of this month so you can enjoy your summer workouts with us again.
In the meantime, to help with the situation, we have ordered fans for the gym and should they be there in the next 3 to 5 days.
We again apologise for this.
