My husband and I wanted to join the Ignite Gym at Somerset West. Was told that the sales staff was not there yet and that they would get back to me. The music in the Gym was really loud and when I asked the front house employee if it was always this loud he said yes. He then told me that the gym was "geared up" for the younger generation and that "older" gym goers just wear Earbuds to drown out music loudness level! So an unwillingness to turn down the music has just lost them 2 customers! Age ************** at its best! If you are are part of the older generation and you want to join Ignite Gym then be prepared to face the music wearing earbuds!
