BAD SERVICE

I went to Iglot counter to try out the foundation, sales lady app**** I stressed I do not wish to look white/grey<br> did not like their lighting was not giving me a true effect, non the less she adviced me the foundation was natural and i purchased it. I left and met my daughter a few shops away and she just looked at me and said that the foundation was incorrect for me. So I proceeded back to the Iglot counter and asked them to please refund my card which they in turn informed me that it was against their policy to refund i would need to take something else in return. I did inform the lady that they can not refuse a refund according to the CPA. She the sales lady then informed me then that she was not authorised to do a refund and informed me Trish the manager will do. So on monday I called and spoke to Trish with regard to the refund she in turn also informed me that they have a no returns policy .....Is your staff not informed about the consumer protection act as well as are they not aware on the till slip it states 7 days for a return ( i took the product back within less than half an hour)
