Igloo ice Montagu Gardens

I'm writing this review to make you aware of the poor service from IGLOO ICE Montage Gardens,one of there trucks drove into my vehicle damaged the complete side of it,went to police station reported it with IGLOO ice driver and he the driver admitted to the police officer that he didn't see my vehicle,the drive of iglooice drove in the right hand lane and suddenly made a left turn towards a parking whilst my vehicle is in the left lane,whole passing the truck he just turn and sc****d the side of my vehicle,to make things worse I spoke to there fleet controler/manager Andre is his name and the attitude I got from this guy is unacceptable, bluntly being rude and seriously bad attitude and not expecting responsibility for there drivers wrong doing,I was told to charge the driver and that it's got nothing to do with IGLOOICE,just shows you how little they care about there employees,I was totally shocked,and Andre fleet manager/controller put the phone down in my ear,so Andre you need to go for training on using phones and get some people skills because with that attitude you will loss customers
