They will not pay back my money

My name is Thando Sibiya. On the 3rd of September 2020 I transferred money from my FNB account to a friend of mine’s ig account mistaking it for his personal bank account. I wanted this amount either to reflect on his IG account or to be reversed to my bank account.

I provided all that IG requested but they have not sorted this matter till day. I’m tired of going back and forth with minor issue. I just want the money back.
