IG Fire Systems - Owner Ismail Gitay - disgusting behaviour from a business owner

As I was dropping my daughter at school, a driver from IG Fire Systems undertook me on a single track road and hit my car on the left side. I contacted the owner, Ismail Gitay you assured me they would cover the costs to fix my car. Ismail initially even took the time to drive out to my office to review the damages and requested I get a quote to fix my car. He wanted me to claim from insurance and he would cover the excess. I did not agree and got him a quote to fix my car, which he agreed he would pay. Damages were in excess of R6000. After numerous follow ups and phone calls, I still never received the money. He then stopped answering my phone calls and has ignored me ever since. I was very disappointed and eventually had the car fixed my self and have never heard from him again.
