ifx broker unprofessional and manipulates trades

So I placed a buy limit at 11 305.4 with a lot size of 0.03 on T100.ifx (Nasdaq), the time was 12:32 and the date was 2022.10.07

At this time my balance is R1063.74

When the news broke out at 14:35 , the movement went down touched and passed my limit order and it was not filled. I i adjusted my TP (take profit). but i was not filled. it kept on going up and down until the volatility died down and then it filled when the movement was going down further.

Initialy my plan was to get the profit and ride the market down with a better balnce but it it not happen and it disturbed my trading plan.

I filled a complaint and i was informed that we were many who experienced this problem of manipulation. and the technical team will address this our problems. I followed up and still no response but the issure is with management . Today i have not received any feedback.

I feel cheated by the broker and the service was unprofessional in terms on how they dealt with me. ever since then I have stopped depositing money and trading with the broker.

I have evidence to back up my claims.

Bad Service!!! I want my money back.
