I went back to ifloors on an insurance claim, its a family run company, so even though I can't say their service had been mind-blowing in the past i went back, i believe its important to support local business.<br> This time however the service was terrible, incorrect quotes, they didn't pitch at the arranged times, they don't communicate properly, they want 100% paid upfront, hold you to ransom on anything extra but then cannot communicate, respond to emails, send a statement or pay back when they owe you money.
