Pathetic After service

They are very quick to take your money and come do the job.<br> But they refuse to come back when their work needs to be completed.<br> A small fix was needed as they did not install my carpet correctly on a small section.<br> The Owner Benjamin tells me i have to wait until they have a job in my area then only will they come fix their work.<br> I waited over a month now. Tbey promise to come on 11Nov and then just dont pitch up. No email or call. <br> Pathetic really. They do not care about the customer once they have your money.
