iFix Tech Norwood Mall are a ****

Do not be fooled by the name or the Apple logo in their name or the fact that they call themselves Apple repair specialists. They charged us R3000 for cheap chinese parts and sent the phone to China Mall to be "repaired". They then **** about this and refused to refund us even though the phone can only work with Telkom (sorry for you if you have a contract with any other service provider), and if you try remove the SIM for any reason, or even bump the phone, you lose connectivity completely until you take the phone back to them to sort out - we had to do this 3 times. They did give us a free (no name) cell cover and screen protector to make up for ripping us off R3000 though, so I guess that makes up for everything.
