Dissatisfaction in the services from ifix Samsung

I am so sadden by the service Im recieeving from Samsung I had asked my sister to send my phone an A70 for repairs a cracked screen which should only take roughly 7 days according to them. She dropped the phone on the 12th of this month today is the 25th, 13 days later still havent received my phone its so fustrating that they keep calling and saying its going to be ready tomorrow and the next tomorrow and still nothing. And the bill has been paid in full.
