Bad Customer Service

Hi. We had this company fix our cellphone and two IPads. The gentleman came the day after we called to fix it and we were asked to make an immediate payment and had to pay the costs thereof. We asked him to order covers for us. We received our one IPad back with a broken cover and we had already paid the gentleman the same day. We sent him pictures that the two covers he provided us on 19 September 2022 was broken, he promised to replace it. We had to constantly follow up and 5 October he delivered covers and when fitting it the covers were to big. Since then and up until today 29 October we have to constantly follow up. We have asked him to fetch his covers and return our money. He does not even call us back after promising to do so and doesn’t reply to messages.
