Worst service. Will not recommend WeFix Clearwater ever again!

WeFix Clearwater replaced my Apple Watch screen in July 2020. 6 months later my watch stopped working. Firstly they quoted me to replace the screen again but after notifying them that this is a new screen that they replaced 6 months ago, they kept sending emails awaiting parts. A month and a half later I get a phone call from their Woodmead branch stating that the battery needs to be replaced. I gave them the go ahead but just to be notified that the quote was rejected and my watch cant be repaired. I went to the clearwater store and their manager advised that he will get in contact with the Woodmead branch but to this day nothing was done. I will never use them again for any repairs, their staff is rude and does not want to help you. This is the worst service I have ever received. You pay so much money for repairs just to be treated so poorly!! I work with insurance claims daily and will not recommend any of my clients to do any repairs with them.
