Worst service dont use them - they dont answer emails or their phones when you call (EVER)

Very unhappy! I received my quote for my iphone repair and my insurance accepted the quote.. when I wanted to Accept the quote via the link in the email received I was not able so I rep**** to the email saying they can continue.. Two days no response and I emailed again AND tried calling... none of the numbers i called answered the phone, that is ridiculous!! There is NO way to correspond with them so dont waste your time... will never ever use them again!!!
