Worst repair center ever

I recently got my Iphone 5 back from Ifix for it was in for repairs yet again, after it was there a previous time, the previous time it was in for repairs, my insurance company advised me to use them, so we got an quote, before i know it i get an call telling me my phone is ready for collection, without notifying them that they can carry on with the repairs, the repairs were done poorly and in an months time i had the same problem. we sent it back to Ifix knowing we had an warranty, apparently not! so my insurance company told me to leave the phone there so they can fix the problem once again, I then waited an month for any reply or response on whats going on, got an call to fetch my phone, went to get it and i arrived after rushing from work only to find out it was not my phone that has been repaired, an week passed and my insurance company phoned them and got something out of them. i went to pickup my phone, now my phones touch screen doesn't work its an paperweight its useless they are useless! my insurance company informed me to log an complaint and then send my phone elsewhere and that they will no longer make use of Ifix. I am never suggesting Ifix to anybody! USELESS!!!

Hello Wernervventer,

Thank you for affording us the opportunity to investigate what happened during the repair of your device and whether our internal procedures were followed diligently.

According to our records, our first encounter with your device was in September 2015, when it was handed in with a broken screen. Our quote was accepted on the spot and we proceeded with the repair, which was completed the same day. At the time, we pointed out that the back cover was bent (which may result in the screen lifting again), but we were instructed to only replace the screen.

Our next encounter with your phone was in February 2016, when it was once again handed in with a broken screen, damaged LCD and some dents. Unfortunately our warranty does not cover client induced physical damage and we quoted for a new screen and back cover (which quote was accepted by yourselves), after which the repair was completed.

On the 8th of March 2016 we were informed that the device was becoming unresponsive. Since our repair labour and parts are covered by the iFix warranty, you were invited to bring in the phone for evaluation.

To date we have not received the device and have therefore been unable to assist yet.
