Worst atittude seen across all the world's continents

iFix Buitensingel Street - Cape Town: all of the women working there, except one, have the worst attitude I've seen from all the "3rd world" to "1st world" countries I have been to. Simply took my iPhone in for a battery replacement. After following their paper's instructions, the battery became even worse. No problem. Took it back to them in the friendliest manner possible many days later. They claimed it was a "faulty" battery. They put in another battery. I collect the phone days later. Battery still weak. Right, no problem, I take it back to them with a friendly smile. They then claim the power management board is problematic. That's fine, I had a feeling from the start that that is the issue - just get to the bottom of it and don't waste my time. Note to technician: take your precious time and get to the route of things from the kick off. Moving on, I kindly ask that my old battery simply be put back in my phone so life can go on. I drop off and fetch my phone again. Upon arrival, they claim my old battery is back in. Now keep in mind they have been rude to me throughout the process. Cold. Rude. Acting as if I am annoying. Despite my smile and kind manner of speaking. (It's as if I am the Sales Rep & they are the anngry customers - classic). Moving on, my phone is dead. I try multiple cables to charge it to get it on and I exhaust Google's every page on how to get my phone back on. I take it back. I cannot count if thisis the fourth, fifth or sixth visit now. Good exercise and fuel wastage, hey? To them, it seems I as a customer don't have other responsibilities. Upon dropping it off by iFix for the last time, I received the rudest treatment. Rude is an understatement. Again, days later, I fetch this legend of a phone - for the last time. It finally switches back on, hooray. I ask the only respectful employee for the manager. She tells me the manager isn't in. She says I should speak to her. She asks if she should call in the rude employees. I say no because I feel bad for the employees now (nice of me right?). I simply tell her to conveythe message to them that there rude body language and facial expressions is not appreciated and I do not owe them anything - they are the ones who owed me service all along. To sum it up, I will never, ever take my Apple products to this (or any other) iFix again, simply because they lack strongly in the customer service etiquette section.
