Wefix.... You are broken

Wefix Canal Walk.. Your service is beyond disgusting. One person at the counter and I waited 45 mins in line to get to the front to be told (despite the Iqos I needed to be replaced clearly being broken) that your technical person would take another 45 minutes to assess it and then I would have to wait another 45 mins in line to collect the replacement. Get your business in order.. If I didn't have to use you for this, I wouldn't. Disgusting service
