wefix woodmead bad services

Good day

so i have sent two phones for repair on Monday and their services is bad ,they keep coming back to me to excuses of they are awaiting parts ,my question is do they not have a turn arounf time with their reapirs because they cannot be relaxed the way they are when you call them and they do not do any upodates .Sad thing one of the phones that is faulty is on that i took in for screen repair and they messed up the home button and now i have to pay for the home bitton when they messed it up during screen changer .i habe dealt with melrose befiore and the never disappoint but wooodmead
