WeFix Woodlands in PTA, terrible service

<p>WeFix Woodlands in Pretoria East replaced my battery and fixed my speaker in Decemeber 2016 for my iphone 6s. A month later the battery started draining out like crazy. I took it back to the store in February where I left it over night. The same day I took it, the battery went from 89% to 60% in an hour without me using the phone. I went back on that same day, of which the ladies at the front desk wanted to tell me that its my usage which it wasnt because I hadnt used the fone at all as I was in church. They said they dont have the battery in stock and would call me within the necxt couple of days. 1 week later I went back after no call. Another lady took my number and said they dont have the battery in stock but it takes 2-3days to locate where there is a battery and for it to then be sent to the Woodlands store and she will give me a call to bring in the phone. Its a week and a half later, still no call. The warranty on the battery is 3 months and will be up on the 22nd of March and still no solution! My phone is worse off than before the battery change in December. Zero cutomer service s****s, if you say you will call then call with an update.</p> <p>Previously went to WeFix Menlyn two years ago, brilliant service in comparison to this nonsense by the woodlands branch, where staff dont take you seriously.</p>
