Wefix use ****** parts to fix

Took my iPad to istore to restore to factory settings only to find wefix replacement parts are ******. Took my iPad to wefix Clearwater 3 years ago for a screen repair and they replaced the entire casing with a ****** iPad casing. The IMEI number on the case has been reported to istore as ******. Thank goodness we managed to get into the iPad and get the IMEI number showing it was in fact my iPad. This device has only ever been fixed once and by wefix Clearwater. I want a investigation done else I will be going to all media
