Wefix - Unreliable & pathetic service!!!!

I had my S7 edge screen repaired at the WeFix Waterfront branch on 30th June 2019.

The screen repair was done nicely, apart from some glue left on my new screen.

Upon receiving a phone call, I noticed that my speaker sounded different - a scratching sound. I never had this issue before handing my phone in to have the screen repaired. Then, to top it off, upon inserting my earphones into my device I noticed that the sound does not play through my earphones, but through my loud speaker. Again - I never had this issue before I handed my phone to them to repair my broken screen.

I have tried contacting the Waterfront branch all day. Their lines ring, but no one answers! I have contacted their page via facebook messenger, and was told that someone would contact me. I am still waiting!

My fiance had countless issues with them a few weeks back when he took his phone in for repairs too!

Do not make use of WeFix! You are guaranteed TERRIBLE service.
