"WEfix" they might as well change to "WeCrash"

I had a cracked screen on my iPhone 6, everything was working on my phone. Then I took it to Wefix Cresta branch. The screen was fixed after a week. when I fetched it back, I noticed that my wifi button, torch and the side buttons for volume were not working. When we went back again, they said they will check it, went back again with the hope that they had fixed it, to my surprise the consultant asked "Do you have insurance?" the nerve, then He said "Its damaged, there's nothing we can do"

My Husband was livid, because we told them that my phone was perfectly working, then after the screen replacement, some parts were not working. We took them on twitter, thenthey DM'ed me for my contact numbers for investigation on the 23rd of March 2018. They never called until I contacted them again on the 16th of April 2018. They said my phone was dead on arrival and that I didn't provide my password for the phone to be checked. And that unfortunately they won't be able to assist. What a blatant lie, running away from responsibility and accepting that their technician messed up the phone's motherboard, which affected those parts that were not working after the repair.

I told them when I DM'd on twitter that I will make sure that no one close to me goes to that shop. They will mess it up and take no responsibility for their mistake.

I have wifi at home and at work, but I'm unable to use it because of these guys.

Anyone who wishes to fix their phones, please do not go to "We fix" they will crash it. They don't treat their customers fairly. And one thing that they need not to underestimate is the power of WORD OF MOUTH!!!
