I handed in a perfectly functional iphone for a battery replacement. I was returned non-usable device. I was told by both the manager and technician that it was broken when I handed it in. What GARBAGE. I asked the manager if I had all my original parts. He said I had. I went to iStore to see if they could help. Their investigation revealed that the battery strips had been removed. Wefix is full of utter lies and nonsense and are expert at evading responsibility. Undoubtedly the WORST SERVICE EVER.
