WeFix or Weuseless?

The service provided by Wefix in Cavendish has proven to be absolutely useless. After ordering a screen for my cellphone in JANUARY (+-R1800), I waited over two months with not a single word from them. When I called, no one had any idea that the order had been placed or who had placed it. i followed up a couple of weeks later, and the screen had arrived, however no one had bothered to let me know. The shop assistant then informed me that if I wanted to replace the screen they had to go in through the back and there was a big chance this would break so they needed to order that before replacing the screen (an extra +-R1200). Another two months went passed and not a word from the store. I popped in to enquire, and again NO ONE HAD ANY IDEA of the order I had placed AND they had given the screen I had ordered, which was there, away. ..or it was lost... but no one was to sure. Oh, and the shop assistant I had been dealing with denied having ever helped me. Needless to say, I replaced the order... when I called yesterday to find out why it was taking so long NO ONE HAD ANY IDEA ABOUT THE ORDER WHICH I PLACED?
