WeFix or WeDestroy

Discovery Insured, logged a claim for a screen replacement & was advised to take my phone into WeFix :( I should've checked reviews on WeFix before taking the phone in. Apart from the many issues admin issue encountered with WeFix i eventually pick my phone up on Thursday Morning (17 May) and somehow the battery is flat and won't turn / stay on. Paid my excess and left for the office, where i plugged the charger in and left it to charge. +- 2 hours later i check on the phone and its on 70%, which is odd as its usually a fast charge. about about an hour later the phone is still on 70% charge, i then remove the charger and decide to charge via laptop usb..and voila it jumps from 70% to 100% - i grow more concerned and remove the usb charging cable from the laptop and leave the phone as it. Much later in the afternoon, around 4:30 in the afternoon i decide to insert my memory card and simcard and start using the phone on my way home, and as i switch the phone on the battery is on 82%, please note the phone has been off since it showed the 100% charged status in the morning. +- 2hours later (when i'm home), a short 2-5 minute phonecall and 1 tweet later, the phone dies as i take a picture of a business card. as i type the phone is on 20% charge after being on the charger for about an hour or so.

Upon a thorough investigation of the phone, the screen isn't fully flushed into the phone frame or mechanism and the bottom right part of the screen is literally coming / peeling off!

Dropped the phone off for a screen replacement, and i'm now stuck with a shoddy job on the screen replacement and a new issue with my battery....

what must happen now?

Reviewer Update
Got my huawei device back from WeFix, the Battery issue hasn't been resolved and now my emails to Wefix and Discovery Insure are totally being ignored. Took about customer service, only quick to take your money and disappear when issues arise
