WeFiX not helpful

I visited WeFix @ Mall of Africa towards end of June to book my fone in for repairs as my screen cracked and there was a special during that period.The guys helped me book my fone in and they gave me a time frame for when i should come bring it as they needed to order the parts. After 3 weeks i contacted the person who booked my fone in for repairs and she said the parts are not available as yet and she would call me once she received the parts. A few weeks later i spoke to the manager and he said he would call me back as soon as he received the parts. Its now Mid October and i am very disappointed and i will never recommend that store to anyone
