weFix needs to FIX their Terrible Customer Experience

Visited a weFix outlet in Clearwater Mall, Roodepoort and received a quote to repair my phone, after giving the go ahead, I was told it would take a few days to received the parts needed for the repair. I then called back two weeks later to follow up and NO parts were ordered. I then spoke to the store manager who promised a call back and still NOTHING. there number now just rings and there is NO answer. This is the worst service ever, DO NOT USE weFIX. terrible service.
