weFix Mall of Africa

This place ruined my cellphone. I walked in there with MY PHONE AND THEY SAID a charging port problem, AFTER that they called me and said my battery needed replacement too and now Im and left with a phone that switches dead off after trying to take a picture. Ive been there about 7 times now and have spent over 500 rands for transport and the technician turns it on then proceeds to tell me that I will have the same issue. HOW DO I TAKE MY PHONE TO BE FIXED AND BE TOLD BY THEM THAT IT WILL STILL HAVE THE SAME PROBLEM. I want a refund and please save yourself the headache of going to WEFIX Mall of Africa. The ladies there keep advising me to just buy a new device and trade in this one cause theres nothing they can do. They also claim its a board problem.
