<p>Dec 2016 I took my iPhone 5s to north gate branches to repair screen and it was ghosting had to take back 3 times to fix ,,,, finally when I got it back the button was way back n looked strange but could not take back as its been forever not having my phone I had to settled cause it was working finally ...I have 12 months warrantee for screen and in 6 months June I had to do upgrades my screen was going on an off I took it back they told to pay rR350 for upgrade or maybe its battery that I have to pay for its sad that whenever i have to do upgrade the screen will give same problem and I m expected to pay to get it working again I refused to pay for their incompetence then took my iPhone to iPhone sand ton while doing upgrading the phone could not completed cause of screen incompatible ... , stop ripping us off with ****s parts its false advertising and empty promises.....this company has to be reported to CPA and shut down..... </p>
