WeFix *********** and gaslighting
After getting WeFix to fix my iPhone 6S screen, the touch sensor did not work at all and the phone was unusable.
After contacting them many times in person, they constantly insisted that the phone was water damaged and that they warned me that it would break incredibly soon, but the manager told me on the day I brought my phone in the first time that it had the POTENTIAL to deteriorate after a couple of months to a year. The screen was cracked before getting it repaired but there were no software issues or component problems, and the touch sensor worked. After reading an update on the iOS it stated that there was a bug and non-genuine iPhone screens installed would cause the touch sensor to not work. How is a company that works with Apple products daily not aware of these things? They had also insisted multiple times that the touch problem had NOTHING to do with the replacement of the screen and that software issues are out of their hands, and that other screens didn't work on the phone either, when in reality their new screens are all non-genuine parts.
Very unreliable and ***********.
Good day
