WeFix in Mall of Africa is useless

WeFix in Mall of Africa is useless, they don't have no sense of customer service. There phones never work when you try to call them, they never respond on e-mails... I booked my phone in with them for repairs. In order for me to find out what's going on with my repair I had to go to the mall to get a status update. To add to it they ordered the wrong part for my phone & I had to wait even longer. The cherry on the top was after one & half months when I went to the mall just to find out what's going on as I couldn't get hold of them via phone or e-mail, I was told they cant fix my phone.
