weFix George is PATHETIC

The most dis-organised cellphone repair shop with the most pathetic service I ever visited. Hand in an I-phone Monday morning for a battery replacement and data download.Verbal quotation accepted. Would be ready within 2 hours. When we returned to the shop after 2 hours phone was not ready - no battery in stock - an order was placed for the battery - would arrive the afternoon. Agreed to pick the phone the next day. Clients cannot contact the shop landline o.o.o. This is cellphone repair shop without cell no for clients to contact the shop. I received an sms 4 days later which confirmed that my quote was accepted. Went to pick up the phone today but, the technician is off duty and nobody knows where he stored the data he retrieved from the phone. A 2 hour battery replacement turned into a 4 day waiting period and the job is still not done after many frustrations and 80km travelling. No supervisor to speak to - only the lady behind the counter who is not allowed to share the owner's contact details who is not prepared to face clients to discuss and improve his own poor business management practices. weFix George sucks!!
