weFix Eastgate , a no go area !

On Friday morning 8-45 am ,I called weFix Eastgate to inquire about their special to replace a screen for the iPhone 7 +. The lady I called was totally ******** to the fact that there were specials so I emailed her the mail I had received. She told me she would get back to me which she never. Ten I physically went t to the store . After about 15 minutes of standing around a lady served me . She took almost 45 minutes to book my phone in for the repair and I finally left. About an hour and a half later I returned to see how the repair was going . She then told me that they had done noting as I had to buy the deal online and that they could'nt help. On Saturday I went to weFix Morningside and received impeccable service.
