WeFix Cresta- So you have decided to make horrible life choices

I booked my device with WeFix Cresta beginning of November and they assured me it would be back within 10 working days. Today is the 18th of December and even though I asked them to bring back my device even though they said they haven't fixed it but bring back to me as it is because I needed to leave Johannesburg on the 17th of December I still do not have it.for 5 straight Fridays I went by their store in Cresta to find out how far they were with fixing my device and every time I was promised a service update via sms or phone call that I never received. I have had to push my trip back by a day and they promised me today that their driver would deliver it at my place today it is still not here, even worse they are promising that it will be delivered tomorrow morning at 9 which I know is a lie because not only is WeFix a lying establishment but they have zero communication with their clients--they run their business like its a bad school child. If you do not follow up with them there is zero communication from their side. Anyone thinking of using their services I would advise you to rather **** on your own hands and clap before using the- WeFix Cresta is the gutter of the service industry.
