WeFix CLEARWATER terrible experience

sent my Huawei P30 in for a screen replacement end November 2020, finally got my phone bsck 15 January 2021, 1st, they could not source the correct color, 2nd, my intagrated fingerprint scanner no longer works and the phone constantly vibrates, took the phone back for the fingerprint scanner, just to have a technician tell me he does not know how to fix it. he said he will escalate the matter, asked him to keep me in the loop (as I was left in the dark for nearly 2 months with the repair, parts stuck in customs, etc) really dissapointed, and angry at the fact that it was a R6800 repair, and my phone now has more problems than previoisly. this is is totally unacceptable. 0/10 DO NOT TAKE YOUR DEVICE TO WEFIX CLEARWATER EVER! you will only be dissapointed
