WeFix broke my phone's screen!

My phone was sent to Wefix from the Samsung store in Somerset Mall. I was advised by we fix that phone's screen was generic and that it would not be fixed under the warranty (this was all told to Samsung when I took the phone in). I declined the quote as I had an alternative method to fix the non responsive screen. The phone was collected after paying a R179 consultation fee. And after charging my phone I discovered that the screen was now broken. I basically paid R179 for WeFix to break the screen on my phone.
