WeFix broke my phone camera

On the 08th of December 2017 I sent my phone to WeFix in Walmer Park, Port Elizabeth for a cracked screen. In the process of fixing my phone, they somehow managed to break my camera. I took it back to their shop the next day and was told that they're going to order a new camera as soon as possible. I have tried to communicate with them asking about the progress of my camera repair and eventually they stopped responding to my emails. It has been 5 months and I am very frustrated by how poorly I have been treated by this company.
