weFix biggest "*****s" ever.... don't use them!!!

I took my cell phone in because it was in "bootloop" according to wefix George, they said there is a R250 assessment fee, i said great i just want my phone fixed, because it is a new phone(4 month old) and my only phone so i need it urgent, wefix George said 24-48 hours........48 hours later and i have my phone back and with NO ASSESSMENT but they still charge me R250?????? How "de hell" can you charge somebody for a assessment but after you collect your phone they cant tell you what is wrong with it, when i phoned today to find out the progress on my phone they just said, o sorry sir your technician isn't in today, WHAT!!!!!.........i think i must get my money back because they didn't deliver any service to me and there time frames are not even close to reality. New business i don't think you guys are going to make it.....Absolutely terrible service.......will make sure i spread the word........

Oooo and one last thing.......... don't try to call me on my cell, because it is still not working...... obviously!
