WEFIX: APPALLING CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!!

It's been two weeks without a phone. I took my phone in for screen repairs at WeFix store at Centurion Mall and when I went to fetch it they told me it got ******. They promised to replace it and even today I am still chasing them. I keep getting the same response, STILL FINALISING THE REPLACEMENT. Their service is appalling. No regard for the inconvenience they are causing their customers.
