WeFix - 21 Days without a phone - seriously?

Wefix claims to fix phones on the same day you bring it in. I went to the Tyger Valley Store over the weekend, and they said they can fix it, all I need to do is check in my phone, and it will be available in 21 days - seriously, people are using their phones for business. Who can go without their phone for 21 days???

Last year I went to the Samsung repair shop - which did they same fix in approximately 45min, while I was waiting.

This is for a Galaxy S8, which is a relatively new phone, so it's not as if the parts are not manufactured anymore.

I don't see WeFix be relevant for much longer, if this is the kind of service they give to customers, especially now that Dion Wired are also offering the same service.
