Wefiix Brooklyn Mall poor poor service. Consultants so unprofessional.

WeFix Repairs Brooklyn Mall, Pretoria. Took my phone in for repairs on 27 September 2019. Today it's 11 November 2019 phone still not fixed and being held at Wefix Brooklyn. I am told I need to wait for my old parts from Capetown before i can receive my phone back. Devices problem was wrongly diagnosed, functional parts were replaced. No I just need my phone back
