WeDon'tFix, WeDamage!

I took my IPad mini 2 into the WeFix store at cresta. The home button was pressed in and the iPad was not working because of that. LCD screen and everything else was fine till then. They claimed they will be able to fix it. I left it there and called them later the same day to ask for an update as they had claimed that it would be ready the same day. On collection, I am told that they are unable to fix it and that the motherboard is also damaged. I took the same iPad to someone in Fordsburg who had a look at it while I was there. He told me that my LCD screen was swopped and that whoever opened the iPad at WeFix caused damage to the board. This I can believe as the screen given back to me did not have the scratches that I knew my old screen had and it was given back in really bad condition. I am really disgusted that your company is able to do this to people and get away with it! Judging from other reviews on HelloPeter this seems to be the norm or trend. SHOCKING!!!
