WE take more than a MONTH to fix??
We TAKE MONTHS to Fix. It has now been since 23 July 2018 and it was just a battery replacement. We are still waiting on it. No updates on how long it is going to be? No update??

I apologize for the inconvenience, however I have investigated in the matter and the part required will arrive at the store by latest tomorrow. The repair will also be completed tomorrow and store will notify you when ready.
