We Fix extremely bad service

Been messed around by this company too much. Sent a cell phone in for a quote, which I have to pay for. They called and said I can collect the quote as they dont want to email it. Only to find it was not ready yet. the second time they said it was ready and I went to collect, I got the excuse that the technician is not there. What a bunch of time wasters. I sure as hell wont let them repair the phone, even if the insurance do accept the quote.
