We Fix Cresta terrible service

I handed in my phone last year for a repair. one of the staff members stole my phone. Weifx management refused to deal with it, and I had to claim from my insurance. I also handed in another phone last week. The repair was promised by end of the week. I still have not heard anything. I have left messages. They do not answer their phones.
