WE FIX CRESTA A *****

I’m very dissatisfied with we fix Cresta! I bought I new charging cable for my Apple IPad on 28/03/18, costing R399, I asked them if there’s a warranty for it, as I have bought much cheaper cables from China mall which lasted a few weeks! We fix said 3 months!! 5 days later I was back at We Fix Cresta with the usb charger having snapped off into my IPad charging port! Hoping to get a replacement cable, I was told that it broke due to forcefull damage and was not covered by the warranty!!! There is no way that after using a charging cable for FIVE DAYS that it would snap and break off! We Fix Cresta refused to replace the cable! But what makes it worse, I went to the Apple I-store in cresta and bought the original Apple charging cable for the exact same price that We Fix charged!! How can We fix charge the same price as the original Apple Cable??? Very disappointing with we fix, as a cable should not last 5 days and it’s USB port snap off!! Elizabeth Stevenson ********** 142
