Don’t deal with any We fix outlets. Had a screen repaired on my iPad at a We Fix store in La Lucia, Durban. One week later the screen lifts from the iPad. When I took back to the store, they say the iPad was dropped that’s why the screen is lifting and unresponsive.

Asked for a customer services number in order to escalate, was told they can’t help and I can do what I feel like.

Disgusting behavior from staff...
